- Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of Ohio counties: Brown, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, Montgomery, Preble, Greene and Warren or Northern Kentucky counties: Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, and Pendleton. Must be aged 18 years and older. Employees of American Homeland Title Agency and Yonas & Phillabaum LLC are not eligible to participate.
- Contest Period
The giveaway contest begins on January 2nd, 2026, and ends on February 2nd, 2026, at 11:59 AM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

- Prize
One winner will receive a GE Home Appliance Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Stove Package. GE 17.5 cu. ft. Standard Depth Refrigerator with 4 Burner Free-Standing Electric Range and Dishwasher with Dry Boost (approximate retail value: $2,710.90). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Winner Selection & Notification
Winner(s) will be randomly selected on February 2nd, 2026, from eligible entries. The winner(s) will be notified via direct message on Facebook within 1 day of selection and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, participants grant American Homeland Title Agency permission to use their name, likeness, and entry submission for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
