1. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Ohio counties: Brown, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren or Northern Kentucky counties: Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, and Pendleton. Must be aged 18 years and older. Employees of American Homeland Title Agency are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period  

The giveaway contest beings on September 3rd, 2025, and ends on September 23rd, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Entries that do not meet all requirements may be disqualified

4. Prize

One winner will receive a Dirt Devil Vacuum Multi-Surface Total Pet+ Bagless, Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner with Pet Tool Kit for Pet Hair on Carpet and Hard Floors. (approximate retail value: $109). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Prizes will be available for pick up at our West Chester location (9656 Cincinnati - Columbus Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45241) or our East Gate location (629 Cincinnati-Batavia Pike Cincinnati, OH 45244).

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner(s) will be randomly selected on September 23rd from eligible entries. The winner(s) will be notified via direct message on Facebook within 1 day of selection and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Publicity & Rights

By entering, participants grant American Homeland Title Agency permission to use their name, likeness, and entry submission for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Liability & Terms

American Homeland Title Agency and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical failures; or unauthorized intervention that may affect the integrity of the contest. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and release American Homeland Title Agency from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.

Personal information collected for this contest will be used solely for contest administration and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
